Kick-off your morning with a mindful walk and meditation on the beautiful BRLA’s trail system. Join Spiritual/Recovery coach and BRLA board member John Baitsell Jr. as he leads an early morning group on the trails to explore the connection between mother nature, spirituality and meditation.

Location will be announced to registrants before the event; 9:30am start (approx. 1 hr)
